What to Expect from the Initial Consultation

You will talk to me and I will listen to you.  I will ask questions and will want to see documentation.  I do not give free consultations but will spend time on the phone during an initial call that will not be billed.

After a few minutes of conversation, if I believe I can help you, I will request payment for the consultation and the consultation will continue.  After understanding your goals I will provide verbal instructions on the phone.

If you would like to hire me as your attorney I will review your documents in greater detail and and provide step by step written instructions and documentation to move your case along.
