You may not bring family or friends into an OWCP examination. You may bring a physician to a second opinion (“SECOP”) examination arranged by or for OWCP.
- 1994 - Graduated magna cum laude from the Southern California Institute of Law
- November - Passed the California Bar
- December - Admitted to the California State Bar
- 1995 - Hired as staff counsel for NAGE (National Association of Government Employees), representing dues-paying union members in grievances against the employing agency and in Unfair Labor Practice complaints before the NLRB and FLRA. Also defended the union in charges of Unfair Labor Practice.
- 1998 - Left NAGE and opened the Law Office of Sally F. LaMacchia. Began to represent postal service employees in addition to employees of other federal agencies.
- Admitted to practice before all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit Court.
